Shipping policy

All orders placed with All Grace Given Co are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

Shipping Time

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
