Thank you for shopping with All Grace Given Co LLC. Because our artwork is made-to-order, please review the following shipping policy carefully.


Order Processing

All products are made to order and produced after your purchase is placed.

Typical processing times are:

3–5 business days

Processing time includes:

• Printing
• Framing (if applicable)
• Packaging preparation

Processing time does not include shipping time.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or large order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Times

United States:
Typically 2–5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Weather events
• Carrier delays
• Holiday shipping volume
• Regional logistics disruptions

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Sometimes carriers may skip scans while packages move through their network. In these cases, tracking may update only when the package reaches a major distribution center or is out for delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.

All Grace Given Co LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking number shows that your package is delayed or has not moved for several days, please contact us.

In many cases, packages marked as delayed still arrive within a few days.

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement shipment.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a replacement request, we may ask for:

• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


International Shipping

International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Buyers are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Local fees charged by the destination country

All Grace Given Co LLC is not responsible for customs delays.

We work with professional shipping partners which may include:

The carrier used may vary depending on package size, destination, and fulfillment partner.


Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or household members
  2. Checking around delivery areas (porch, mailbox, garage)
  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility typically transfers to the recipient.
