Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions Last Updated: April 22, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the All Grace Given Co. Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by All Grace Given Co. ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By enrolling in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you", "your") agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Program Overview The All Grace Given Co. Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our products using unique referral links and/or discount codes.

Affiliates receive:

  • 10% commission on the retail price of each qualifying sale
  • A personalized discount code providing 25% off for their audience to use at checkout
  • A one-time 25% discount on their own personal order upon joining
  • Access to an affiliate dashboard for tracking sales and analytics

2. Eligibility To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Reside in a jurisdiction that permits affiliate marketing
  • Have a valid PayPal account for receiving payouts
  • Agree to and abide by all terms in this Agreement

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, with or without explanation.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote All Grace Given Co. products ethically, truthfully, and in good faith
  • Refrain from making false claims, misrepresentations, or unapproved statements about the Company or its products
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., using "#ad" or "affiliate link" in your content)
  • Not engage in self-referral activity — purchasing through your own link or code is strictly prohibited
  • Not engage in spamming, coupon dumping, unauthorized paid search bidding, or misleading promotions

4. Commission Structure Affiliates earn 10% commission on the retail price of each qualifying sale, excluding shipping and taxes.

A sale qualifies when it is completed through the affiliate's unique referral link or assigned discount code.

Commissions will not be paid on:

  • Cancelled or returned orders
  • Orders involving fraudulent activity
  • Orders placed by the affiliate or their immediate family members
  • The affiliate's own personal welcome discount order

5. Payout Terms Payouts are made via PayPal only.

Commissions are paid on the last day of each month for all qualifying sales delivered at least 30 days prior, to allow for returns or refunds.

A minimum payout threshold applies. Any unpaid balance below the threshold will roll over to the next payment period.

You are solely responsible for any PayPal fees or taxes related to commission payments.

6. Tracking and Attribution The Program uses cookies to track affiliate sales. Cookie duration is 30 days from the customer's first click.

If a customer uses both a referral link and a discount code, attribution is based on last-touch logic.

Commission will be awarded if the customer uses either the affiliate's link or code — the link is not required if the coupon code is used.

7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of any terms in this Agreement
  • Inactivity for more than 120 days
  • Misrepresentation of the All Grace Given Co. brand
  • Fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activity

Upon termination, access to your affiliate dashboard will be revoked. Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination was due to a breach of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property All All Grace Given Co. product names, images, logos, artwork, and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of All Grace Given Co.

Affiliates may use approved marketing assets for promotional purposes only and may not:

  • Alter, distort, or misrepresent any assets
  • Create derivative works using All Grace Given Co. branding
  • Use our content in any unauthorized context

9. Limitations of Liability All Grace Given Co. shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, data, or profits
  • Delays or failures in tracking or payout due to third-party services

The Company's maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate in the prior 90 days.

10. Relationship of Parties This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. You act as an independent contractor and have no authority to bind or represent All Grace Given Co. in any manner.

11. Changes to the Program All Grace Given Co. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time, including changes to commission rates, cookie duration, or payment structure. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our affiliate portal. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

12. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

13. Acceptance By enrolling in the All Grace Given Co. Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
